Mr. Tharwat has over twelve years of experience in healthcare management and operations gained through working with several leading healthcare groups.
He believes that patient centered care approach is the key to improve patients experience in order to achieve patient satisfaction which can be fulfilled through a healthy work environment.
In his current role as a Clinic Manager with Hope AMC, Mr. Tharwat aims to implement and maintain innovative, structured and streamlined processes throughout the organization to support our state of the art medical practice and excellent patient experience.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Languages & Translation and currently pursuing his Master of Science in Healthcare Management.
